“The house is an older house in generally excellent condition (with some quirks), and outstanding landscaping. From the beginning, Beata and Sara warned us that it would be very attractive to certain buyers, but perhaps not so attractive to other potential buyers. Their marketing materials were slanted toward that special kind of buyer, and I think very successfully so.
Overall, outstanding is the only term I can use! They constantly communicated with us, fine tuned the sales materials based on feedback from potential buyers, and were excellent with several "somewhat difficult" buyers. They more than met our expectations. Also we had some repairs we needed to have done, and a number of furniture items we needed to dispose of (we were downsizing), and their references were excellent (and likely people we could not have found on our own.) We also used the real estate lawyer they recommended, and he was outstanding.”
